This app is awful, and if you are trying to take a 830 class, it constantly malfunctions, either not letting you in, creating a fake “wait list” if two people are trying to get the same spot, or completely timing out and making it so you cannot register for the class you want to be in. I am not sure how it is rated so high as regular gym attendees are constantly complaining about how horrible this app is. I miss the days of not having to use an app to take a class I wanted to be in.

Your server is way too slow. It needs to be updated. I’m sure with the gym fees you can afford it.

Trying to get a spot in a popular class, I spend 5-8 minutes just holding for app to refresh and be able to schedule.

App makes easy to pick where want to be in a class which is nice because sometimes you may want to be next to instructor for better visability or be in back of room if know need to leave class early, etc. Like how no monetary penalty if miss a class scheduled either. Wish could log which cardeo exercises did on app but my location doesn’t have setup that part yet although it appears to be coming down the road

The app is helpful in seeing what classes are available. Sometimes it’s slow to respond when trying to book a spot and unfortunately doesn’t always allow cancellation of a class when attendance isn’t possible.

Love all the high quality instructors and quantity of classes. Love it!

My email has a dash (-) before the @ part, and even though it let me sign up with that email on their website. And I even got a marketing email to download the app and login and password are set up for me. The app WILL NOT let me log in, it says email is invalid. I'm guessing they have a validation check and the - is failing the check. Either unify your validation check on the website sign up and the app, or modify the logic so I can actually log in on the app..
