Booking issue
My daughter’s and my account became tangled with this new app. My bookings made from my account end up in her name. We aren’t able to book the same class especially if they are popular and fill out. Have called and tried to get the issue resolved in person several times and we continue to have this problem. It has been months! It feels we are marginally benefiting from our membership. Is anybody working on this? I’ve been told I’m not the only one complaining about this! Note that our accounts have different email addresses and phone numbers.
