The app itself is good, but some impatient riders ruined the experience—one even called me ‘tanga,’ and another was driving recklessly at 80kph, nearly hitting the stoplight. From that moment, I deleted the app and decided never to use it again.

Twice na ako nakainan ng payment nag kaltas sa bank ko pero hindi nag proceed yung transaction.

Rude drivers

Ibabawas sa Gcash kahit canceled tapos hindi ibabalik. Ibabalik lang kaog yung rider yung nag cancel pero kapag customer hindi. Tapos wala man lang record lol pano coco plain walang record

Same canned email response. Useless email support.

App should openly allow cancellation w/out consequences on the customer’s end because some riders are too far from the pickup points and customers are in a rush most of the time.

Horrible customer service and overall experience. They ignored emails, failed to review the evidence I provided, and kept asking for information I’d already sent. They couldn’t even reference the correct payment method and dragged the issue out for over 10 days with no resolution. On top of that, the drivers acted inappropriately and kept messaging my number even after the ride was over. Completely unprofessional—avoid at all costs.

I used to love MoveIt because of its respectful drivers, but when I linked my Gcash Account in this app and when I book a ride, it autodeducted my balance and there was no rider available — payment has been done. I worked hard for that amount for that to happen lol. You’re the worst!

App is okay, the drivers not. Mga naka uniform pero “habal” ang pakilala and ang taga maningil.
