Move Like A Motha includes multiple programs to take you from prenatal to postnatal, from the beginner to advanced, and from unsure to educated. Here you will get fitness motivation, education and knowledge, mobility work, nutritional guidance, and mental check ins, to become the best version of yourself mentally and physically.

These programs entail a lot of information and content, and the goal is to continue that education, knowledge, and proper functional training. With new content and material continually added into the app, the learning never stops!
The prayer is that those who join this community will not only reach their goals and see physical and mental changes, but that they will understand their own body, their own patters, and be able to self adjust and heal pain in everyday life. Knowledge is power!
