I’ve tried many online programs and apps, but this one even my boyfriend wants to have (but sadly he can’t 😅). It’s smooth, monitors everything and have so many varieties to choose from. Love the experience.

Best workout app
This app is the best! One of the very few apps where you see results in the matter of weeks! Keeps you accounted & has a bunch of recipes & workouts to choose from! I love Rachel & her team I’ve been following them since 2017✨💖
Love the hybrid program BUT...
1. Lots of lag and at times videos will not load. It doesn't allow you to flick between apps, effectively pausing the timers when you go to look at another app when you're on a rest time. 2. There's no where to record weights lifted., and therefore you can't see progression and have to run a totally separate app to track your weights. 3. It doesn't automatically track workouts with Apple fitness, so you need to set it going prior to starting your workout. 4. Many of the exercises don't provide appropriate home workout solutions and you'll need some weights/bands or other equipment to complete your workout. If these were fixed I'd happy pay for a full 12 month subscription! It's just not fully there yet!
Can’t cancel
Been trying to cancel for months now and have not heard anything back from the email. I can’t find a phone number to call and just a little disappointed as payment keeps trying to come out still.
Very disappointing
I signed up under the impression I would receive the move with us shirt and when this didn’t arrive after 2 weeks of waiting, I emailed the team to ask about it and received a very rude response from the team. Really disappointed in the attitude from your team. The programs are fine for beginners, but I would recommend that people get a pt instead of you want real results. Poor effort team.

Best app I’ve ever used!
I’m a 9 month post partum first time mum and soooo ready to get into being the best version. I’ve tried MANY apps over the years and have found this app the best! The most user friendly and obviously awesome workouts! I find the prices very reasonable too, you get a lot for your dollar! I’ve been on the Pilates program a couple weeks and have already noticed a huge improvement in my strength, particularly in my core, which is huge for me and my PP body! My overall happiness has improved a lot too! Thank you MWU team Love Eva 🫶🏼

No response when needing assistance
I have tried to email the team at move with us on 3 seperate occasions over the last 4 weeks about the same issue and have not received a single response back. The program was great but the customer service is very unprofessional and they make it very clear they don’t care for their users.
