This app is one of the best motivating apps I ever used. It did not only motivate me to exercise daily, but also is has motivated me to eat a healthy food. I am really happy to find this app in apple store. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Nonsense
This is totally misleading. 2 slices of pizza burned after 6km of walking and jogging? If that’s the case, why am I not infinitely increasing weight for all the food I eat daily (I eat a lot). It doesn’t take into account your testing calories burned, nor does it take into account other factors. It seems to encourage starvation to the ill informed. Such apps should be banned from the App Store for hyping up calories. I’m totally healthy, exercise daily and consider myself athletic and fit, and I eat freely. Yet if I was to follow this app, I’d have to run 10 miles before I feel I’ve consumed my food intake.

Please let us add our foods, and its calories, and the app calculates how much steps is needed.
