Decent app, overall, but the “Property Type” filter doesn’t work because it does not allow you to return to the search results after you select property types. It seems that feature (which is an important one) needs to be fixed.
I like this app but I see room for improvement. If an item is on sale, why do I have to click on a coupon in the app to get a sale price? It should be automatically done with more than one if you choose. Clipping coupons is a thing of the pass.
Easy to use. Very detailed and you’re able to save searches and favorite properties.
The search by map works better and you can save multiple searches with different filters.

This app is garbage. Makes you choose a specific zip code and specific realtor, then doesn’t even show you anything in that area. Hey, how about you just let someone search by city or zip code, let them filter things like price and type of real estate, and show everything in a certain radius? Like come on, it’s not rocket science. Do better, I’m deleting and looking for a new app to help me.
Works great! Even better if your agent is using the same technology. I find it to be more accurate than Zillow.
This is a great tool that makes it easy to see homes as soon as they hit the market! I can also share my favorites with my wife, and my agent can see the activity so we are all on the same page.
