Could be better
Be nice if I could click “watched” without having to click in a couple of links. Also I would like to adjust the date watched as I just added all my movies to date at once. Better if it could scan discs with multiple movies like actor complications or trilogies on the same disc. Often picks the wrong movie from the scan as well. But overall, pretty good.
Not pleased.
I purchased the combo movie/book app, the database is terrible. Books, I scanned 5 so far and only 1 populated. Movies, 1 out of 5. Unless they fix the database I wouldn't bother with this app. Would like a refund but doubt that’ll happen. 0 stars out of 5.
Une application aussi pour l’ordinateur
Depuis un an ou deux, une bonne mise à jour a été faite avec le lecteur de codes barre et on peut maintenant entrer la plupart des séries télé. C’est bien ! Maintenant ce qui manque vraiment, c’est l’application pour l’ordinateur (Mac/PC). De cette manière, nous pourrions encore plus facilement avoir accès à notre collection et la gérer facilement depuis l’ordinateur, tablette et téléphone intelligent. Ce qui permettrait de pouvoir également sauver notre collection aussi sur disque dur en plus de pouvoir tout synchroniser entre nos appareils. Merci de bien vouloir considérer cette option.
Great/necessary app
Have been using for 2 years, one of the few apps I have bought.
I *love* this app!!
There are some sorting options I’d like to see, and it would be nice for more flexibility in printing lists, but otherwise this is a fantastic app. I have a very large classic film collection that gets significantly larger every month, and this app keeps everything organized beautifully. I’d be totally lost without it. Now I need to get my book collection sorted with BookBuddy+!
MovieBuddy
This app is easy to use, easy to navigate, and I like the fact that I can input titles manually as well as select cover photos. I’ve also taken a picture of the DVD and been able to input that way. Whenever I’m out and about and see people perusing DVDs, I demonstrate the app.

Easy to use multiple ways to add movies puts movie cover up you can back up your list to your phone if you loan your movies to people you can document it in the app so you keep track of when you loaned it out as well as who you loaned it to. You can also make custom movie lists for custom playlists
App is Amazing
I love this app, you can keep track of your inventory with an amazing amount of details. Each one even has a preview for when you are unsure of what to watch next. Fun and easy to enter and find your exact movie. A must have for movie collectors.
