Can I switch devices and everything will be synced?
Yep! When you return to the main screen the app will always sync to our servers. You'll see a green dot when it's synced, yellow when it hasn't synced and red when it hasn't synced for more than 1 day. Make sure you see the green dot before switching devices.
The app is not designed for frequent switching. It's better to study on just one device so the app can cache clips to your device and everything will load faster.

No me deja cancelar
No puedo cancelar mi suscripción, me cobra año con año y no hay forma de contactar a nadie, lo trate de cancelar desde App Store y ni siquiera me aparece que tengo una suscripción activa. NO LA COMPREN Les cobra y no pueden desactivar el cobro.

No hay opción para eliminar la app y se auto obra en automático

La aplicación ya no funcionó, compré la suscripción plus y la aplicación esta offline. Perdí mi dinero!

Me desilusiono
Creo es buena aplicación, pero lo mejor no es meterse con el pago ya que no es sencillo cancelar la suscripción prácticamente es imposible por tu cuenta y el servicio a l cliente deja mucho que desear, suerte con este por que tardan días en dar una respuesta. Esperaba fuera una aplicación seria y confiable pero termine por cancelar mi tarjeta para evitar pagar otro año obligatoriamente. Es triste por que si pensé que era una empresa seria. MI MEJOR CONSEJO ES NO PAGUEN POR QUE CANCELAR LA SUSCRIPCIÓN ES IMPOSIBLE

No se pueden reclamar en chat cobros indebidos
Me intentaron hacer cuatro cobros a mi tarjeta uno de $20.55 pesos mexicanos y otros tres de $3055.57 pesos mexicanos. Afortunadamente el banco rechazó los últimos tres. En la aplicación solo se habla de un cobro que se hará en futuro de 22 de noviembre de 2021 de 59.88USDls.que equivaldría a $1227 pesos mexicanos .

Muy buena, me ha ayudado bastante a mejorar mi inglés. Quisiera saber si tienen pensado incluir más idiomas para hispanohablantes.
