LOST ACCOUNT
MY ACCOUNT HAD BEEN RESTARTED!! i was a VIP for a whole year and come to log back in to see NOTHING! They put me back to level 1 and took everything i worked towards. They dont even have a contact to get help from. Just a robot that doesn't under the phrase "my account was restarted". I paid $80 for a game that ripped me off. Ridiculous. They also ensured that anyone who had purchased VIP will have their account data available always and their accounts will never be deleted. They lied. I reported this as scam and fraud. I demand a refund. I will be sharing this on social media and reporting excessively if my refund is not processed.

There aren't many things to do and not enough new things so it can get boring. Add more clothes and activities
Opinions and Suggestions
Honestly I love MovieStarPlanet 2… but that being said it has a lot missing, like:
- more ways to earn money (mini games, rewards, ability to sell old clothes, events, NPC tasks ect)
- more entertainment/things to work towards
-More variety/ customisation ( mostly in home editing but with clothes and themes too)
- A feature where the things you save in your bag in the shop stay until you delete them, so they don’t disappear every time i leave the shop
- Add it so you are able to put on items straight from your bag so you don’t have to find them again in the list
And i would love for them to bring back the clothing store catalog from MSP 1 where you where able to see how they would style and items into and outfit and then be able to buy the how fit!
But other than all this i still adore the game as much as i did when i was younger, it brings back alot of nostalgia which i love. I also was so happy to see they have keep the original game style and art style. 5 stars if they add some of these things!

When I got the game it said it needs to update but when I went on AppStore I thought it will say update but it didn’t

This game is a fatphobic cashgrab that doesn’t Le you do anything without paying, barely has any fun benefits, and only has one body type that looks malnourished

I think that the games great and I really enjoy playing it but I would like it better if we didn’t have to sign in for everything I really want to make my movies public but signing in for everything is not needed so it would be great if you could fix that but overall amazing game 🙂
Needs!
Needs more games within the game. More tasks and prizes! Needs more access to editing your home as well as decoration. More advertisement since the servers are always dead. It's been 2 years. Since there is no improvement they should allow msp1 data to be transferred to msp2. The VIP ticket you can gift with purchased diamond VIP package is also not available. Be able to buy pets with purchasing a VIP pass. Instead of making specific serves per country, make servers for people all around the world to connect. It will make it less dead.
No warning
U should be able to change your house. But to whoever reads this u can’t buy vip u have to by a computer or laptop and that means if u picked a house before u got the vip u can’t change your house to the vip and the game don’t tell u that.
Won’t even open!
The app won’t even load past the “Loading” open page. Sat there for a good half an hour waiting but nothing happened - yes, my phone is always up to date on updates, I turned my phone on and off, wifi is secure and strong and yes I tried deleting app and re-downloading but still did nothing. Please fix
