Missing Forgot Password Feature
A “forgot password” link is App 101. I loved the app, but it has logged me out. I’m apparently using the wrong password, but there is no option to reset it. I get a message that the user already exists. Without the ability to reset the password, everything I saved is now inaccessible. And, without any website or social media for support, all I can do is complain here and hope someone listens. My advice in this review is this: if you enter a bunch of stuff into the database, be prepared to lose it all.
