Movius for BlackBerry Reviews

Not a single good quality

rosstward on

United States

The only reason I'm here is because of my employer. I've never used a worse app in my life for anything. If you're an employer do not use them. The quality of calls are barely understandable at best, most of the time there's either a massive delay or they sound muffled. When I receive inbound calls I have to hit 1 to accept, so if a client wants to leave me a vm the only thing I hear is the Movius voice, "hit 1 to accept call." I've left countless "feedback" and not one single follow up on how to improve their product. At the end of the day they just don't care. Don't use.

Delay issues

Fix delays please on

Hi Devs can you guys focus on fixing the delay between callers? It’s awkward when we keep talking over each other and one pauses to say go ahead… and yeah… you get my point.

Dumpster Fire of an app

Barely works. Lots of lag. Can’t use AirPods now as it crackles the whole time. Forced back to wired headphones. Lots of voicemails with no audio. If you have incoming calls set to “minutes”, it will use your personal voicemail. How they tricked so many Fortune 500 companies into using them is beyond me.

Broken

caustin919 on

I’m not sure there’s any redeeming qualities about this app and service. Unfortunately it’s the only app my employer uses for mobile calling and texting. Call quality ranges from downright awful to barely passable. It’s common to have delayed audio, dropped calls, incoming calls that don’t ring through or can’t be answered. I won’t even go into detail on all of the temporary bugs and glitches because there are too many to list. Just a really bad app with countless flaws.

Please Fix

PizzaistheGOAT on

This app is the preferred method of communication for my company and it has been far from reliable. Caller id has now displayed random contact names for the incoming calls rather than the actual saved contact. Text/calls are delayed and stability during calls are inconsistent with many calls dropping and frequently 1 caller is not able to hear the other. I hope this app will become more reliable in the future or I will suggest my firm seek alternatives when able to.

It’s gotten better

Montego18 on

The app has gotten a whole lot better. Less bugs, less spam, a lot less crashes, good tech support through my company when things go wrong. Very happy with the improvements

SPAM Calls

Navid89 on

United States

So many spam calls coming through and no way to block private numbers. It’s just as clunky as all the other Blackberry apps.

Poor Call Quality/ Delay

anydbizgnwowb on

Texting is fine. But the call quality is so poor and there is such a long delay. It’s nearly impossible to have a conversation and even worse if both callers are using Movius. Unfortunately my company is forcing us to use this.

Worse app ever!!! Drops calls, missed calls, missed texts that come hours later.

Works 25% of time if lucky.

The app rarely wants to work. In the last month, it crashes often and doesn’t allow saving new contacts. Worst app experience. We are suppose to use this to make work easier but it just adds to the stress. Avoid if possible.
