Works until it doesn’t
The app seems to work smoothly at first but when it gets into “offline” errors, there’s no escape. I bought a public transport ticket but when it came to activating it, the app loaded forever (eating a lot of battery life) only to resolve to a “connectivity” error, even though there was a stable and functioning 5G connection and other things loaded. Thanks, I missed a train and the app support claim they never have such issues. The suggested redownload only got rid of my ticket and now connectivity is maligned for even the most basic setup. No they don’t issue refunds and the in-app purchases are not registered with Apple so good luck trying to get it there.

MPay app sends unwanted marketing push notifications despite withdrawn consent
The app regularly sends unwanted push notifications despite me having withdrawn any marketing consents, and asking not to do so any more via email several months ago. For instance, on 25 September 2023, around 10pm CEST, the app sent a push notification promoting its YouTube channel, which I did not request and objected to.

Deweloper chyba się nie postarał przy walidacji numerów telefonów, bo angielskie formaty nie są akceptowane z wiadomością „niewłaściwy format” (chociaż to aplikacja wymusza format).

I wanted to use app and everything would be good if there was Budgoszcz to choose from a list of cities but unfortunately there is not. What a shame that city as big as this is not present in app.

Doesn’t accept mobile number other tgan nine digits , can’t register new card (claims that too many cards are registered whilst there isn’t any), nothing works properly here.
