Too hard to navigate. Can’t get picture in frame

When you have a lot of prints that take hours to load it stops after so many pics and you have to start all over; no progress auto saved

I’ve order a number of prints on metal and have been very happy with the quality. The one I ordered this week had a poor color image…so I need to re-order. I ordered metal finish and it has a gold 3-D look to it. Don’t like it at all. It would be good if a buyer could get a better idea of what the finished product looks like before ordering. Tom

I have used MPIx for years and have always been happy with the images but it had been awhile since I printed anything and let me tell you I was not disappointed! Images printed on metal are absolutely amazing, fairly priced and came very quickly! 10 out of 10 stars

I have been using Mpix for a few years now. I LOVE the service they provide, the prints are amazing the saving codes are welcome and the order turn around is fantastic! My main gripe is the app. When you log into the app, it takes you to the new order screen, which is fine and makes sense BUT there are no links on that screen to get to your account, your profile, your orders etc.. Please put the hamburger stack on the 1st page of the app for easy access. Thanks! - Loyal Customer :)

I’ve ordered photos from both my phone and my professional camera through Mpix and they always arrive looking amazing! The app itself could use a little improvement though. It’s a bit cumbersome to navigate and look through your previous orders but otherwise I am very pleased.

It is simply the best and easiest thing to use to get amazing portraits.

I need simple and this app is exactly that. Easy to load pics- easy to save projects. Prices are awesome too.
