As someone who had studied CBT and mood mapping, I was excited about using an app that could do this easily and effectively. I work with teenagers and have recommended this app to a number of them (or their parents) as it is so easy to use and take readings from. A great way to track your mood and help identify low mood triggers or mood boosters!
I think this app mr Mood it a very helpful app. When you write something in every Couple of days and then go back to it after few weeks or so, it brings back mostly great memories !! This app makes me smile get this app now !! ☺
