CottonGame’s empty-headed protagonist is back for a new round of puzzle-filled fun in Mr. Pumpkin 2: Walls of Kowloon!
Brought to you by Shanghai publisher Lilith Games, this indie point-and-click adventure will take you back in time to explore the chaotic maze of human life that was Kowloon Walled City.
Cyberpunk elements add a touch of the fantastic to the world’s memorable characters and realistic scenes. Everyone has a story to tell and a mystery to unravel–are you up to the challenge?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
When it was finally demolished in 1993, Hong Kong’s Kowloon Walled City was the most densely populated place on the planet. Fifty thousand people lived and worked in an area the size of an average city block. A patchwork network of transportation systems, crude but efficient, connected the City’s labyrinthine passageways and buildings.
The Walled City gained infamy as a lawless, densely populated ghetto, a jungle of dilapidated concrete and grimy neon signs echoing with the thunder of jet engines flying low overhead. Many historical accounts have focused on the darker side of life there: the gangs that ruled in lieu of police, the damp, sunless apartments whose inhabitants ate and slept alongside rats and cockroaches.
Yet life in Kowloon was not without virtue. Most of the City’s residents made an honest living–working as dentists, shopkeepers, mechanics, etc.–and were intimately connected with their communities. They recognized the deficiencies of the place they called home, and they fought tooth and nail to give their children a chance at a better life, but they were not ashamed to live in the Walled City.
Today all that remains are the glimpses of that marvelous existence captured in old newspaper clippings, home videos, and photo albums. But the City still lives in the memories of its former residents–and in the imaginations of cyberpunk fans worldwide. Mr. Pumpkin 2: Walls of Kowloon brings these memories to light once more...

I cannot recommend this game. Unlike the other Isoland games, this one consists of bringing objects from one person/one place to another place. Both the dialogue and the play becomes tedious quickly. Hardly any puzzles in the gameplay and, over all, lacks the subtleness of their other titles. Mr. Pumpkin 1 is better and I suggest most people skip #2 despite the stellar ratings.
Very very very fun
Most of the puzzles make sense, and you may be left stuck once or twice but some extra thinking will get you through. No need to resort fo walk throughs or stuff like that. The art is also real interesting. Recommend.
Probably 1-3 hours playtime depending on how good you are
Terrific
Didn’t want to stop playing-I was having such fun. Puzzles are challenging but the clues are there. Good graphics and a charming portrayal of Kowloon City. Highly recommend.
Brilliant!!
One of the most pleasant games I have ever played. The artwork is wonderfully abstract with a hint of cubism, as in all their games! Hope you are working on Mr. Pumpkin 3...
Pumpkin 2
One of my all time favorites!
I’ve been a gamer for over 30 years, played every genre of game on a multitude of systems. I’ve always loved point and click puzzle adventures and this is one of the best! Cool hand drawn environments, interesting characters, and fun puzzles. The game doesn’t really have a deep storyline… but after you play through the game you’ll surely feel you got to know this unique town and the many characters you interact with on your journey. Enjoy!
GREATEST POINT & CLICK GAME EVER
I’ve played and finished this game idk how many times now. Every time I kind of forget about it, it pops up during a search and I get nostalgic and have to play it again. I even paid for it a few times, that’s how much I love this game. If you are reading this, and you like/are searching for point and click games, stop! You have stumbled upon a gem. My only problem is it ends! Also, where is part 1? I’ve searched and searched but am yet to even find it in a google search.
TO THE DEVS: Please, I’m begging you, make another one! People will buy it, trust me!

Random seeming puzzle solutions
There is so much trial and error that you end up running around in circles. Not a lot of rhyme or reason, which makes the game frustrating and not so fun.
A wonderful cleaver game.
Really enjoyed the gameplay. Challenging, but not extremely difficult. It’s right in the sweet spot. I also feel it was an adequate length for the price, which is uncommon. God bless:)
