MrMC is a software media center for playing videos, music, and pictures. It allows users to play and view most videos, music, and other digital media files from local storage media and media devices/servers such as Emby, Plex, HDHomerun, TVHeadend and more.

User installed python addons/plugins are not supported

could be better

MRMC on Apple Tv is great, but on the ipad there has to be done a lot more work, specially on the skins. They has to be more accurat for the touch pad. For this price its a little disappointing. The Menu (does not matter which skin) is not working fine with the touch screen. sometimes you start a movie when you want to enter the left menu. sometimes you start the movie when you just wantet to see the details. It would be better to click on the movie on the „wall“ to show the details on the right, then click on the large picure on the right or some kind of „play button“ to start the movie. The whole thing does not feel like its „made for ipad“ The positiv is that it really connects fast and without problems to any kind of my servers. I like mrmc since i like kodi. Please fix it on the Ipad for better perfomance!

Works like a charm

I only need it to stream my sat recordings and that works perfectly
