New phone, strong internet— it’s not the hardware
It is rather inconvenient that many items are often sold out. Was also disappointed that the Xmas edition candles seen on the app were unavailable for purchase
The app should have the option of saving past orders to make future payments easier
Nothing is in stock. It is very frustrating. I spend ages finding items and then told there is no stock. The app was great originally but very disappointing recently.
Fast delivery dates offered which is good. But will be good if it puts more clearly somewhere free delivery only applies on baskets over $800. I thought it is $500 somehow.

Seriously M&S! Everything is always out of stock !!!
So many things out of stock. Couldn’t order more than two of some items. Will need to go to actual shop to finish my order.
After updating the app, I am still unable to login using Google. I am informed that I am registered through Google and I need to sign in using Google.
