This app doesn’t work. Neither does the Android version.
The installation was flawless. With the help of the very clear step-by-step guide, I easily logged in and downloaded the latest issue to the app. The pages display with vibrant color. The link to the guide was in the digital subscription email which contained my username and password.
I paid for this but I cannot access the magazine. I cancelled
I purchased a subscription and it doesn’t recognize my subscription. So...I can get none of the editions I paid for AND I see no easy way to contact support for help. A rip off.
After years of a paper subscription, I opted for a digital one to save paper. This app is terrible. I get a message that a new magazine edition is available, but it's not available via the app. This happens just about every time. Then I have to send an email, then wait for them to tell me they are working on it, and by now I could have gone to the store and just bought the magazine. What is this?? Stick with the paper subscription and save yourself a headache.
I'm paying for the app subscription and haven't been able to access once! I've sent an email to customer service , I'm disappointed and want a refund if I'm not able to use the app and I only have online subscription. TERRIBLE APP.. Very disappointing.
Crashes before it even starts
App is virtually UNUSABLE: Does not do justice to this excellent publication. Very disappointing & most unfortunate that they seem unconcerned & unresponsive to user feedback. Wasted opportunity to effectively reach a new audience!
The app doesn't even open on my phone... But once in a blue moon when it does, it's impossible to scroll through the pages or zoom in. I will be canceling my subscription because I can't even access the magazine!
Cannot open. When emailed tech help never able to get anyone to fix it. Waste of subscription.
