Completely useless
Il est très difficile the se connecter. Il demande le mot de pass a nouveau, a nouveau et a nouveau. Finalement tu dois remplir un formulaire qui donne rien…. C’est chiant…
Ne s ouvre pas
L’app se referme aussitot ouverte…. Et ce depuis plus de 2 ans. Aucun changement avec les updates… Iphone 15 pro / dernier OS

Hello when posting a new claim on the iPhone mobile app, I cannot add a member if he is after 3 members. Indeed there is no rolling list meaning that you can never select a fourth or fifth member from your family. Please keep me posted when it’s fixed!
Appli inutile
Très peu de choses fonctionnent sur l’appli. Impossible de trouver un docteur avec l’appli. Pas vraiment satisfait de Msh pour le moment. J’ai posé une question il y a plusieurs jours et toujours pas de réponses.

Bonjour, il est impossible de changer la date du soin lors de l’enregistrement d’une nouvelle facture. Impossible de contacter les dev via l’APP.
Amélioration chargement document
Quand je télécharge le document on ne peut visualiser le contenu ni le supprimer. Dommage.
Impossible d’accéder aux services
Depuis la dernière mise à jour, il est impossible de se connecter alors que les identifiants et mots de passe sont correctes (ils marchent sur le site Web)
L appli se reverrouille
Je viens d installer la mise à jour . Il faut saisir les identifiants et mots de passe trop fréquemment . Il est impossible de saisir une nouvelle demande de remboursement
