Delivery fee r not acceptable and it’s robbery in my opinion but I had to do coz I need and I won’t deal with this shop again hopefully

حبيت الابليكشن كنت ببدي ازرع نباتات بالبيت وحصلت كل اللي احتاجه بسهوله.
Beware! No return policy.
Beware they don’t have a return policy! If you bought something by mistake or not as expected they do not return the item. انتبه! ليس لديهم سياسة الاسترجاع. في حال شراء سلعة عن طريق الخطأ او لم تكن حسب المتوقع لا يتم استرجاعها.

Bad service
Do not use this app, order has been pending for days. They will not answer your phone calls nor your messages. They’ll take your money and leave u stranded.

Worst customer service.
Its been over a week waiting for my missing items to be delivered. I have been contacting customer service almost everyday and nothing has been delivered
Bad Experience
It’s not my first time using this application. I was very satisfied until my last experience. I received a dying plant and it’s been over a month. Everytime I contact customer service they inform me that they will take the necessary action and then completely ignore my request. Customer service falsely promised me with returning the plant over 3 times. You seriously need to address this poor service, and ask the nurseries not to fool your clients with the worst plant quality!
