MSI Router

Won’t login because password is wrong which I know it’s right. It’s just because this app is funky! No option to change your password either just terrible!

App doesn’t work…can’t login with then user name and password on the router. Seems like it should be simple so I’m guessing the “geniuses” who developed this app aren’t very good at their job. Just be better

Horrible app all it does is crash

I don’t know why but the app crashes when it tries to apply the log in information. Even when I use the web browser, I can’t get into the router. Normally I like MSI’s products but I’m in serious doubt.

Can’t scat the QR code, won’t let you sign in. I love msi but their apps are garbage.

I haven’t even been able to set up the new router because 1) the QR code doesn’t work and 2) When setting up manually I get to the end and every single time it closes out and won’t let me finish setting it up. I’ve tried 4 times. Now it says the username and password are wrong but I’m using what’s on the back of the router?! I only have 1 login attempts left. I told my boyfriend to return it. It’s not worth it. There are others out there with less hassle. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Works perfectly. Easy to use . Easy setup

My brother bought a router and we can’t even set it up because the app that’s required to set it up (this app) doesn’t work. After messing with things for over two hours and trying to look into how to fix it we’ve come to the conclusion that he just has to get a refund. So don’t waste your time or your money messing with this brand, it’s garbage. I’d give a negative rating if I could but 1 star is as low as it goes.
