MSN (Start)

1) app doesn’t always work when trying to click articles 2) the app organization, and how it prioritizes news, is horrible 3) the website no longer lets you read articles, routes to app…but to App Store, not the actual article on the app

Can’t continue from MSN , instead of story transferring to App, it just keeps saying to download app … terrible

I cringe when I see I need to open the app to continue reading an article. When I do, it takes me to the page where it asks me to open the app. Once opened, it doesn't continue on with the article but opens its own Microsoft Start page. I then need to scroll through the various articles to find the one I'm looking for. I can't seem to get "started" at all.

Very Informative User Friendly Ease of Use

Horrible app. I only downloaded it because I visit msn.com by habit and to continue reading most stories you have to review it in the app but everytime I click on the app it just asks me to keep downloading it and never takes me to the story

Ever since MSN changed to Start my enjoyment with the service has plummeted. Some stories open as expected but others just take me back to the app page and ask me to download it ( which I have done numerous times with no avail). I believe it most likely a setting on my phone that is incorrect but the fact that it sometimes and sometimes does not leaves me very frustrated. Coupled with the fact that I can’t find some at MSN or Start to speak with to correct the problem is VERY frustrating! I am using CNN more and more to get my news.

MSN asks you to continue reading articles on the app, but when you click on continue reading, it doesn’t open the article, just leads you to the app store to open the app and then lesds you to its home screen. Really frustrating..! I re-installed the app, upgraded to the latest version - all to no avail. A horrible experience!

I use this app only for their points/rewards system, which they constantly adjust to lower your earnings. After using this for several years, I’m going to delete the app. For one, they stopped doing receipt rewards. Even while they did this program, you NEVER received any resolution from customer service. It wouldn’t count any local business receipts, it would decide certain receipts don’t count, and it would miss linking up to product rewards. And customer service was no help and never credited your account. For the points, they used to be far more generous. They have whittled it down to 30 points for news articles, 50 per day on polls and quizzes, and the searches. Which now the searches must be completed in batches of 4 searches every 20 minutes. The headlines are nonsense and propaganda. Most aren’t even newsworthy. I would never consider this a legitimate, trustworthy new source.

Cillian Murphy exceeds expectations in his acting. Ann is extremely handsome and has definite swag.

Made things harder to open. Today I can’t get any article to open through it. Brought to us by the same people who inflicted Bing on us.
