Where do i start doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Was a nightmare to get onto the device then issues with it even working contacted support still 2 months later no reply or help nor refund offered. AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE/COVID which ever you think is worse because it is no security while using this at all.

The biggest liars and scammers on the internet These guys will not answer any questions won’t help you and don’t provide 20% of what they promise. They literally lie through teeth and can’t supply any service. And then will not respond to you refund request for over 14 days and then the cooling off period is done! Scammer They are on scam alert as well

This app is rubbish, purchased for $118.99 for nothing. Asking me to pay more and it doesn’t even work no support just a computer that you chat to… how to get my money refunded????

I think the positive reviews on here are fake. I’ve paid for a subscription and I can’t access phone calls or messages, this application tells you you’ll get access but makes you pay first and then you actually don’t get what they advertise. I’ve contacted the support/customer service, provided proof of purchase and they have completely ghosted me. No help and a huge waste of money. I don’t even give this app 1/4 of a star. It’s just a scam. Don’t fall for it.

BEWARE! This app only works when you’re in the same wifi network so if you’re trying to monitor an aging parent who is being scammed, you can’t monitor their actions unless on the same wifi network. This only became evident once I downloaded and paid my money. I requested a refund 20minutes after downloading and realising it wasn’t suitable, they would not refund me the money I already paid for an App I can’t use!! They just want to keep my money and didn’t offer a refund. This company has no moral, don’t give them any of your hard earned money!!

I have been charged twice in 6 months for an annual subscription. I want a refund.

Why are you not replying to the email? If someone asks you to cancel and refund the money, that's not good. You must repay the money to those who don't find what they want in the app.
