Lots of time login issue

Lots of time login issues on website and mobile app no stability. If you are active trader then this app not for you. Because I placed order during downtrend suddenly application went down, after 10 min trend reversal and all downtrend went to uptrend lost money Then Helpdesk email saying that they working on it and after again went down totally disappointed.
