How do you start, it just asks for you to log in without the option to create a new account? Clicked on resend password twice, no emails. Deleting app.

I had high hopes with a free week and discounted 2 months, but I deleted the app after 3 days. I’m not stupid yet I found it a little overwhelming and confusing. Not for novice gym goers in my opinion and unfortunately I didn’t find the app owner very supportive and my queries were deleted from the closed Facebook group. This was the main reason for deleting the app. If you’re a regular gym goer already this might be just what you’re looking for to tune your workouts, but as a noob at the gym this was not for me.

This is a really good app for anyone who wants to improve their fitness on their mtb. You can substitute exercises for something you can manage if example you struggle with something due to an injury. The guy that runs the app / mtb fitness system is very responsive and is happy to advise on your individual circumstances as he certainly has done for me. I suspect that the people that have left bad reviews would have had them resolved pretty quickly had they contacted Matt at Mtb fitness. The app and workouts are easy to follow and all have links to video demonstrations of the exercises. If you follow the system your fitness on the bike will improve !!

What happened??? Used the app before and it’s very good. I want to start using the app again and can’t get past the login page, I’ve even reset my password, but still nothing. There isn’t even a feature to contact anyone, now looking elsewhere for an MTB fitness plan. Matt please take a look at your app, it’s not working and others are leaving similar reviews🙁

I have seen great results from this app. Matt is a stand up guy and is supporting this app and his customers really well. The workouts are HARD but enjoyable and the difference on the bike is amazing. Well worth it

Exactly the same as the last review! Can’t log in, no email through reset password and no customer service contact! Why develop something that doesn’t work 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️

I tried to launch the app and entered my email address and nothing. Nothing in email nothing in junk box nothing. No way of setting up an account and no way of contacting the staff. Oh dear as a keen mtber it would have been great to get an app that focuses on mtb fitness. Never mind

Great app for improving fitness on and off the bike. Exercise routines change every four weeks. Been using for three months now, which is long that other similar apps I’ve tried.
