MTN MoMo SA

I’ve been having trouble with the money-in function for the past 2 days. App gets stuck at “Redirecting” Please sort this out ASAP

The app no longer allows bank card payment in order to cash on. The last step is where it stops below. Home>cash in>bank cards>amount>continue It stops immediately without completing installation. I believe it’s part of promoting the new MTN Pay (Cards) which I don’t know how different it is from the above gateway. But even that option fails after accepting payment on the Banking app. When you press continue it fails. This is such an inconvenience.

Doesn’t work accordingly

Horrible user experience I now have to add my card each and every time I want to cash in and I cashed in the money is not reflecting it’s been 2 days

The upgraded MoMo app is not working at all, I recharged R30 to buy data via my banking details, I never received the credit, I can’t credit my account it loads and jams! It’s frustrating, mostly it doesn’t even log in too

I have been using this app for Aslong as I can remember and I love the features that they have it’s very much convenient and would recommend this to anyone.

Review of MTN MoMo App I've been an MTN user for several years and started using the MTN MoMo App a few months ago.
