Constructive feedback
The 4 stars is a little generous as I am a big fan of mubasher since it is where I inti ally started investing, however I do think the app is need of some improvements as it works 65% of the time which as a problem my friend that uses the app also tells me he encounters. Sometimes I try to login and it just keeps me at the loading page for a long time, even if would refresh the same problem would appear. It would only work again if I left it for a few hours and came back to it. Please do your best to fix this problem, it would be really appreciated as I do prefer to use an app over a website. If you can reduce the transaction fee a little bit that would be great too ,but let’s deal with one thing at a time.
