Can’t login using fb bind and can’t even change to username login , as a vip15 player the amount spent and time involved, it’s real disappointing

Basically if you have a toxic go on ur side, you are king of MU. You get to ban people easily and fixed your account easily too. So many bots account yet nobody cares. Anyway if u want a boys account to be remove these r the steps from the team advise 1. Record for at least 15 mins per clip 2. Record the same account for many days or different days, 3 days and up.

Game is so buggy and dev keep updating the game but not resolving the issue..the developer is so greedy

System got bugged for reset accessory and they amount of material came back shortfall and dev respond is slow and this issues had been dragged for almost 1-2 week without compensation. Please do improve your customer service via DEV respond. Game system is also very laggy, can’t even improved after so long and it keep more worse and worse on the lag.... felt so dumb and disappointed as A P2P player! I can provide all my screenshoot for the reset bug and dev can’t even send me any proof of evidence that the system is working well inspite that they had tested. As VIP 14 , this is how they treat P2P. Collection money is fast , when got problem enounter the respond is bad. ALL P2P let us BAN them and QUIT!!!!!

I have been a long time player of this game. Always buying their ingame diamonds frequently. Recently they implement a auto renewal of their premium bonus for every mth. Costs 5.99 USD every mth. The thing is this purchase is glitchy/ buggy as hell. Supposed to renew your welfare privilege for 30 days. U can also claim 540 diamonds and 150 pink diamonds in game. So when the renewal happens, my credit card was deducted but in game nothing was renewed. Spoke to their customer service which was practically non existent. After a few days they replied they did some kind of verification on their backend, came back and said it was claimed. No proof no nothing shown of me claiming. I showed them screenshot of my ingame nothing claimed, no 30 days bonus etc... they went radio silence...well done. My last purchase ever with this silly game. Congrats for your “excellent customer service rendered” It was piss poor and non existent.
