Great graphics and gameplay but always get disconnected every 15 minutes. Please fix this issue

I’ve definitely played this game from when I was 13 years old .I am now 28 and it’s still here shockingly . I can tell you right now it is not pay to win . Just like any rpg game . If you grind you can become the best . P2w is more like fast forwarding your progression. If you in for a long haul then wicked if not pay . This game has been on pc way before mobile . If you know ya know .

I’ve been playing this game for over a week now and it’s pretty fun so I give it 4 stars it is abit p2w but not so much as long as you log on everyday and do every task you will fairly get your power up but if you want to increase it quicker without having to grind then you definitely need to spend money overall I like the game so far, but might I suggest you add more Quest or task it gets boring and kinda sad when I have nothing left to do but afk farm monsters maybe in the future I’ll give you guys 5 stars if yoh at least add more things to do haha

Be careful for those who do not want to be defrauded after them. I was playing this game for a while and I spend some money (5$). And already there, it is impossible to play without putting money attention! Then, some money started to be taken from my bank account and I immediately recognized the application. I asked for a refund of 117$ to Apple. Afterwards, my account was banned and I didn't understand why. I contacted their customer service via Facebook and was asked to pay $197 to have my account unblocked. I explained the situation to them for a full day. They told me to contact Apple Support. Show us proof, show us proof of your conversation with Apple. They wouldn't listen even if I give them proof of my bank account, all my purchase, and more. So I asked for a refund for all the items I bought with them. Hoping to get the full return. The end of the conversation with them make me so angry. They took me for a fool and kept repeating the same thing. Contacting Apple Support as if their answer was recorded in advance. Zero professionalism and lack of manners. The end of the conversation was a complete mess. They insulted me. Do not install this application. Don't support a mediocre team that cheats players. Look at other posts in the reviews! Others complain like me.

Could you please help me to figure out why my account was suspended for no reason? Update: the account was suspended without notice because of a dispute on overcharges that Apple has investigated and approved. Not reasonable at all. I feel so sorry for this decision and disapprove the process. All my past 2 months of time and money is gone. This is disrespectful to your customers.

Charge extensively, you could end up to pay thousands of dollars, yet still not top players, so it’s not worthy of that much of money. If you are rich, keep reading next point. Wrongly charges show up in billing, this game put multiple wrong charges that never happened to my card. For example, Diamond pack is allowed to be purchased only once daily (twice if no purchase in previous day), but they charge multiple times when I only bought once. I found this accidentally after topping up a while. and fortunately, Apple has great customer service and refunded wrong charges. Yet ridiculously, when this company found that I got refunded by apple for what they wrongly charged, they banned my account. What a scam! Lack of in-app support, game owner doesn’t care much about players opinion. Bugs, e.g. items shows “str_config” instead of proper names that suggests this game has no regards to quality Game has limited daily tasks, after completing those tasks, you are done for the day, there is not much to do anymore. No trading system with players directly, players cannot exchange items or sell spare things to another directly. There is no fun when you cannot exchange things to friends or trade with another directly. Overall, it is not an honest game and even if I’m rich and willing to spend lots of money but I wouldn’t be happy to be scammed. Not worth playing.

Don’t play if u are not rich. Also they can disband your account anytime they wanna. Good job PG , I won’t touch any game similar like this game
