Got me back into something I love
This is a fantastic app. User friendly and there are tons of workout combos so you never get bored. It’s easy to work around any limitations or injuries by customizing the rounds. After recovering from abdominal surgery, it was difficult to ramp back up to 2-3 hour long intense workouts each week, but I was able to build up slowly with the workouts I could do at home with the app versus committing to a gym membership that required long sessions and travel after working a full day. I also have done Muay Thai/Krav Maga/B-jujitsu for over fifteen years, and even I benefitted from the videos to brush up on my form. I hope that being able to save your favorite workouts from the workout generator is coming in the future!
