После обновления, на айфоне, нет возможности диагностики. Главный экран пустой

Не обновляется через Айфон. На Андроид- постоянное обновление
My car
Не пускает в приложение, говорит что зарегестрировал в другом устройстве . Пробовал менять пароль . Не помогает! Как теперь быть ? Получается сканер теперь , без этой программы просто брелок?!
Кривое
Заявлена поддержка Citroen, но не один цитрамон не может нормально определить. Приходится читать через диагностику Пежо. Поддержка не дала адекватного ответа в течении 2х недель. Просили вин, модель и толку ноль. На андроид магнитоле не войти в аккаунт т.к. проблема с ориентацией экрана и кнопки входа просто нет.
Как?
Как теперь оплачивать дополнительные функции? Может со счета телефона сделаете?
