Costumer service is virtually impossible to get a hold of. It takes days to get a proper response for any issue besides verification. I’ve been trying to get my funds transferred from my old account for a few days now, the support team purposely ignores certain issues indefinitely or until you pr the problem resolves itself. Proceed with extra caution..

Almost 10 days ago i used this app to transfer money between site and bank account. For transferring the money it is instant, but then i tried to withdraw money. it has been 8-9 days that i sent them everything they are asking for to receive my withdrawal but no! All they saying is that, it is not enough prove to release my withdrawal so at this point it feels like my money is gone…… I don’t recommend using this app at all!

I made a withdrawal they hold and when I texted them back they don’t bother to answer to emails, there’s no phone number to reach them, I lost 190$ just like that. Bunch of scammers

Total scammers , my money been stuck in it for Weeks now and i cant even withdraw or transfer them where i want , already did the the verification required , sent emails to support team , tried contacting them countless times but never got a reply ,
