I hade very bad experience from mudrex They are not allowing to send coins to another wallet. Very bad

I hate the customer service of this app dont know how many time i request for a phone call but i don’t receive they take 24 or more hours to give reply of my messages mudrex have to change their management laziness otherwise they will faill

I was using Mudrex for some time now but suddenly it stopped working last month. When I open an app, it shows it loading but only gives me white blank screen. It’s pretty annoying and thank god I hadn’t invested big amount there. Time to find out someone new I guess.

It’s been 56 hours I Sumit my verification file and there verification time is 48 hours that’s what they said but still no reply from them. And when I raise an ticket about this issue they write me an nonsense mail about other things and still no response from there team . Worst app can’t trust this platform to do investment.

Dont use this app waste very low customer support and charges are so high and high please be aware 🙅‍♂️🙅‍♂️🙅‍♂️🙅‍♂️

This is a very bad app, I deposited Rs 500 on 1st June 2024 but till now USDT has not been added to my account or the customer support team is told , it will be credited within 24hr 48 hrs but not much is credited. Please do not use this app save your time and money.

After update the app is not updating the crypto values in real time, even after refreshing multiple times, need to restart the app every time to see the updated value of crypto coins, this is causing loss of funds, this should be resolved immediately.
