Just spent 30 minutes of my life conducting the cognitive assessment, the app says it’s complete, the proceeded to crash at the end with no results. Waste of time!

Blood Tests
Purchase a blood test directly through the Muhdo app and own your health by analysing a range of key blood markers and health concerns including cholesterol, vitamin D and B12 levels, thyroid health and male/ female hormone levels.
DNA and Epigenetic Testing
Purchase a DNA test and we can calculate and display over 100 health aspects from a saliva sample to help you discover the secrets of your genetic health to become healthier, and happier. Our Epigenetic analysis enables you to calculate your internal (biological age) as well as your eye age, memory age, hearing age and inflammation scores. Repeat an epigenetic test periodically to track your progress in the Muhdo app over time.
Apple Health Integration
The option to read Apple Health data and display it in the app so you can track activity and core health aspects relating to your genetic profile.
Pair a wearable tracker with the Muhdo app to enhance your experience and synch your step count, heart rate, activity levels, sleep and stress levels.

Impossible to use
Really wanted to use the face age part of the app, but it’s impossible to take a photo that’s accepted! Such a disappointment.

Spent an hour trying to scan my face but the software is useless, I was unable to make it work. Hope the rest of features work better otherwise I have waisted just under £1000
Oct 2021 update broke the app
This was a really useful app, was great to be able to see all the stats, but after the October 2021 update every time I open the app it tells me I need to update and shuts itself again…
Update not working
I can’t log into the app. Keep getting a message to update the version but there is not update available. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled, but still keep getting the same message. I now can’t get in at all????
Asked to update app and won’t update
Totally nuts, asked to update the app today and won’t update from new update yesterday. Please sort this as I can’t see anything on the app 🤬

New update keeps crashing and asking me to update! cant get help through any online platforms and email keeps bouncing back saying my email is spam!!
