Never picks up the phone. App crashes frequently
The actual dry cleaning is fine, but it’s so frustrating how nearly impossible it is to get ahold of customer service. No one ever picks up the number, and they never get back to you even if you leave a voice message. Asking a Mulberry store doesn’t work either, because they don’t do the actual dry cleaning (they’re more of a drop off/pick up place). Super strange to run a business like this.
I cannot express my frustration and disappointment enough with the abysmal service provided by Mulberrys Laundry. They have not only lost my three pairs of expensive shoes but have also shown a complete lack of responsibility and accountability in rectifying the situation. I entrusted my beloved shoes, which had a combined value of $2000, to this laundry store, believing that they would handle them with care. Little did I know that I was walking into a nightmare. I've waited for three months of my shoe cleaning, but never heard a word back. I reached out the customer service, who told me they've lost my shoes. The sheer negligence displayed by the staff is absolutely appalling. They showed no concern for the significant value of the lost shoes nor did they offer any reasonable explanation for their disappearance. It was as if they expected me to accept their incompetence and move on. I am left wondering how a supposedly professional establishment could misplace such high-value items without any accountability. Moreover, their customer service was disgraceful. Rather than taking responsibility and promptly addressing the issue, the staff members seemed disinterested and unhelpful. They brushed off my concerns with half-hearted apologies and empty promises of "looking into it." It is evident that their primary goal is to avoid any form of liability, rather than genuinely assisting their customers. As a result of this ordeal, I am left not only without my cherished shoes but also out of pocket by $2000. The financial loss is significant, but the emotional distress caused by this incident is even more frustrating. I trusted Mulberrys to provide a service that would ensure the care and safety of my belongings, but they have let me down in the worst possible way.I strongly advise anyone considering using this to reconsider and look elsewhere for their laundry needs. Their utter disregard for customer satisfaction and lack of professionalism are indicative of a business that should not be trusted with anything of value. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this establishment at all costs.
I dunno what to say. App is dated and the company clearly is too. I’ve called them probably 20x - they’ve answered less than half of those, said the suit was otw. No clue what’s going on. On top of that the suit was for a wedding I attended 3 weeks ago. My suit costs over $3K, so maybe they’re good for stuff like socks and t shirts but I’d keep high end clothes away from them.
Took a week just to get it to work… it’s super slow, clunky…. Hopefully this will get upgraded yet again to improve it
Excellent service, great cleaning, highly recommended. Timely turn around, service highest quality.
👌👌👌
Super convenient and they have taken great care of my clothes. Definitely would recommend!
Went down a rabbit hole looking for delivery laundry services around Minneapolis, MN. Mulberry’s was at the end of that search. Best price : feature : quality ratio by a far. Friendly workers, some good coupons. All in: GREAT service, great prices, clothes are clean, well taken care of, folded, and delivered professionally, 4x/month for like $100/mo. Three bits of feedback for owners/devs: 1) A shorter window between regular pickup and drop off would be nice, I’d pay a bit more for next-day-ish turn around (they come on tuesdays & fridays now) - not a deal breaker obviously for me, but I can imagine owning less clothes and being annoyed by waiting 3 days for it to come back. 2) Amazing that they have an app - better than 80% of the services I researched that don’t - but man it has some slow page load times. Not sure what it’s built on, but $5k to a decent developer would probably go a long way here. Still works though, and works more than well enough for me! 3) Put some photos up of bags and sizes used in the subscription plans, it confused me. Add in-depth details about how different items are included or priced separately, what happens when you fill the bag too much, if you only use 2 of your 4 deliveries that month, how special requests are handled, hangers? etc. It’s definitely been set it and forget it for me, and there was mostly all the info available, but sometimes I wonder if throwing in towels, throw blankets, etc is changing the amount I’m paying. They did call me once when I included a comforter saying it was an extra $50ish to wash and confirming the cost, much appreciated!
I am a long-time Mulberry’s customer. While still mourning my neighborhood physical store (which was closed), the app is easy to use. Use the app to arranged pickup and drop off of dry cleaning.
