Never loads cloud drive contents

Ancient interface and the cloud drives never load. Worthless.

Improvements that should be added.

The app right now is meh. Only cloud to cloud transfer and no preview at all. I think files integration, and functions available on web app that are not on mobile app should be added to this mobile app so then you can do “Download 1 app, get multiple cloud providers” For the files integration, it will use the cloud traffic (if exceeded then read-only mode is enabled) Additionally, there will be the automatic upload feature that automatically uploads a folder to cloud or photos to cloud, similar to a transfer task (update older files to newer files) which bypasses iCloud (or other provider) when uploading to a different cloud provider with just MultCloud.

Poor business :makes nothing but money

After going back to check the dates times of my emails to this company and there be no response besides an automated one I wanted to be sure to make let you know the communication with this company is something that is obsolete. I might not be computer savvy, but I had another third-party entity that moved stuff from oneDrive to Google and this thing this app that comes with MultCloud is like a Commodore 64. Not at all, please I still haven’t heard from anyone. It was a week ago now I bet I suddenly do.

It seemed to be working fine on the free version. However after I paid all transfers stop working. Setting up new ones didn’t work either. It seems to be a bait and switch. I asked apple for refund and delete account n app.

I think it’s a scam

Downloaded the free version. Then paid for an upgrade. The account hasn’t been upgraded. I sent feedback to Support and haven’t heard from them in a week. It appears they just took my money and left me hanging.

Do App and Website sync?

MarieLizette on

United States

I'm a new customer. I am test driving MultiCloud after having used a different cloud synchronization program for nearly a decade. I moved my files from PC to Macbook and needed to add iCloud to the mix and my old device doesn't offer icloud support. I hd no problem setting up the Tasks that I needed. I decided it would be nice to have the app on my phone to peek at it from time-to-time and manage anything that needs to be managed. However the 6 Tasks that I created online are not available on the app. Does the app work in tandem with the website? If not, I'll uninstall the app and just access my account is browser, but I'd like to know.

MC Is Awesome

I had been needing and looking for a service that would do exactly what MultCloud does such a incredible job of and honestly pretty impressive how many options they offer. And the best part of it is that,,,, it works. I know, you’re saying that’s impossible. Well okay, but you keep looking like I did forever, but you are missing out. Great Job MultCloud, you guys Rock.

Scam

Concerned0001 on

United States

I subscribed for the 100g a month. The app took my money but never unlocked the data transfer. I emailed them and they asked for documentation which I provided including the screen shot of the Apple Pay. Still no data. They took me for $10.00. Buyer beware. If they ever fix the issue I will update this post.

Low Transfer Speed
