I did not purchase anything on December 15, 2023, but was charged $99.00 and received nothing. No coins. Nothing. This December charge was denied a refund! What is going on??? I do not have a support ticket. I just know I have been a loyal customer for a long time spending hundreds of dollars a month on coins. Fool that I am, I get charged on December 15/16 for $99.00, but charged for what?? I do have a subscription for $19.99 for 1 M coins a day, but I would never have a subscription for $99.00 a month. Please refund my $99.00. Thank you.

Game hanging for a week now
Have reported this 2 times now of course it’s always our fault. I know how to close apps and reboot but same old same old. Loads half way then spins. And I see from other reviews I’m not the only one Fix this please
