This is the Pro Edition (Ad-free) version of the famous IonBible - the functionality is identical, with the exception of being ad-free.
The IonBible is based off of the most trust-worthy original Bible translations, namely:
1. King James Version (English),
2. Louis Segond (French),
3. Reina Valera Antigua (Spanish),
4. Russian Synodal Version (Russian),
5. Vulgate Latin Bible (Latin) - from the 16th century.
Design: The IonBible is excited to offer a modern and intuitive design allowing users to navigate effortlessly through chapters and books. Chapter changes are made simply by swiping down after reaching the top of the screen, or up after reaching the bottom - it's as if you were to continue reading, the chapter change comes so naturally. In addition to its beautiful design, we've focused on making the search-engine as powerful as possible allowing studying the Word to be easier and more meaningful than ever.
Highlighting: Users can select any-amount of text (multiple verses) and highlight from a natural palet of Pastel tones. These highlights are stored in your History page, making them easy to find later on.
Notes: You can select text and write your own commentary so you never forget what you learned during your study time! All of these notes are then displayed at the bottom of each chapter so the next time you read you will be able to recall exactly what your thoughts were. You can add tags to these notes too, allowing users to group notes together in events such as bible-studies etc. For example, if you were studying the Trinity of God, you can group all of your notes together under the tag "trinity" and later find them without having to dig through a long list of comments.
Accounts: Users can create free IonBible accounts and synchronize all of their Highlights, Search History, Navigation History, Notes and more to the cloud so you'll never need to worry about losing your device or transitioning after upgrading!
Search Engine: As aforementioned, we have spent a great deal of time working on perfecting a search engine that is worthy to be called such. As avid Students of the Bible, we have been testing these design features for some time now and believe that you won't be disappointed. Here's an example of what we mean: "jn 5 Jesus love" finds all verses in John chapter 5 containing Jesus and Love. Isn't that simple? There's more too. You can find out the rest of these features by downloading the app and trying it for yourself.
Sharing: Users can seemlessly select sections of text and share them with their friends or loved-ones! A web-link to each chapter shared is included, making it easy for people to continue reading what you've shared.

I have to say, the usability of this app is better than the others. Been using it for many hours now and I love the ability to highlight individual sections of versions with various colors. All other apps require you to highlight the ENTIRE verse which isn’t natural sometimes.
Furthermore the natural swipe to the side to get to the verse choose is very clean and highly usable compared to other apps that have PILES of features but lack the simplistic reading experience you want when readying and enjoying the Bible.

This is an amazing Bible app. I really like being able to highlight parts of verses instead of only being able to highlight entire verses. Nice big print and great readability!
