Продають квитки знаючи, що кіно не зможуть показати)
Не прийшли промокоди
Придбали квитки через додаток, думали, так буде зручніше. Та фільм було відмінено через повітряну тривогу. В результаті, оскільки квитки куплялися через додаток, а не через сайт( де щоб замовити квитки обовʼязково треба вказати e-mail; в додатку можна купити і без нього), ми не отримали промо коди на наступний похід в кіно. Обміняти квитки на прокоди також неможна, вони неактивні та не підлягають обміну згідно додатку. Тому, не раджу користуватися додатком.
Зручний застосунок
Додайте, будь ласка, в меню з квитками час завершення фільму, щоб було зручно дізнатися коли завершиться поточний сеанс. Також функцію "додати в календар" у меню квитків, оскільки зараз вона доступна тільки після купівлі квитків, а потім це неможливо зробити.
