MultitrackStudio for iPad Reviews

Excelente DAW

TonyNandez on

MultiTrack Studio is brilliant. It has a deep feature set that gives me absolute creative freedom. It is bleeding edge with audio and especially MIDI. The developer is very engaged with users, and continues to release massive updates with great new features. Careful attention has been given to useability. 10 out of 5 stars!!

Great App

This is amazing for someone who could not work with any other app. I play the piano and violin and record both, then send the finished piece to AudioShare. I record piano on midi then violin on audio. I listen and practice until they sound good enough for me and my friends who like to hear me play. I have played violin since I was a child and definitely play violin better then piano, but my piano makes nice background for my solo playing. I no longer play professionally but enjoy hearing myself for the first time in my very long life. Thank you so much Giel Bremers. Eleanore

Connect a Midi is impossible

Haven’t had a chance to use it due to the fact of midi connection issues. Tried to connect to my scarlet and Apollo but the app do not read them or any other commonly used midi in the game for recording live audio through a microphone. If there is a way to resolve it please let me know as I want to use your app for live podcasting and studio recording.

Better than most

I own about 6 iOS DAWS. This app has several advantages but some shortcomings. The UI is somewhat quirky in that it is not all that intuitive. Takes a while to get the hang of it. The biggest advantage, for me , over similar apps is the piano roll editor. Moving and editing midi notes is extremely easy and well designed. However, there are two features I’d like to see added. It would be helpful if, when adjusting note velocity, one could hear the sound change similar to what GarageBand offers. Also, I’d like to be able to import a midi file and be able to change the key of the song.

The Best Recording Application Ever!!!!

This is the best recording app I have seen, it is very versatile and you can do so many tasks with it, this is the only recording app I will use. Thank you for the fantastic work you have done on this application.

The best iPad DAW available. Easy to use and powerful. I’ve tried them all and wish I would have found this first because it’s the only one you need. Keep up the great work ya’ll!

Excellent Product

Took a bit off searching to find this app. Wanted a solid midi recorder to make backing tracks for music duo. The app is a great tool. Read the manual! There is a lot this app can do. It is not a automatic beat box.

The perfect iPad DAW for me.

Amazingly functional and stable DAW that is the perfect tool for any serious recording projects on the iPad. So many powerful features. I've bought all the major iPad DAWs, and they all have their strengths, but this one is the one I love to use. It fits me perfect. It does it's job very well without interrupting my creative workflow with buggy behavior - the way a DAW should be. I like the simple GUI which is not only well thought out, but so quick to use once you get the hang of it (and easy to learn I must add). I only wish I had bought this DAW first, it would have save me time, money, and frustration. I'm so impressed and happy with this app I bought the pro extension, even though I didn't need it, just to support the dedicated developer. I also appreciate that this app can run on my older iPad (iOS 10). I am recommending MTS to my recording buddies as the best iPad DAW to get.
