سيء
المنتج جميل لكن التغليف كان سيء جدًا وكان طلبي مفتوح من غيري كان التعامل في البدايه جميل لكن هذه المره طلبي كان سيء من التغليف واالاسعار وتم فتح طلبي من غيري ، والعروض وهميه فالأسعار مقارنة بالمواقع الآخرى والاسواق فاهي ضعف السعر لن اكرر الطلب من هذا الموقع مره ثانيه

التطبيق بينزل عروض وهميه وبعد الطلب ودفع الفلوس الاوردر اتلغى من نفسه ومفيش رد على الشكوى والفلوس مرجعتش منصحش حد بيه 😞

Customer service needs improvement
I purchased an item via the app and upon delivery I have been informed that I have to pay extra fees which I have been informed later that it was due to what has been called « unexpected technical issue » and a refund will be received. I have communicated to the mumzworld customer services with promises of refunds but nothing received and I’m still waiting over a month… customer service agents are only doing formalities of service tickets and raising issues again and again… very difficult to get good customer service if something goes wrong!!!
