Cuando quiero jugar o ver una partida de domino me queda no veo fichas ni oponentes queda el tablero en rosa

Los desarrolladores de esta aplicación lo único que quieren es incentivar a los usuarios de cualquier manera para gastar dinero. Piensan que es un casino, una vergüenza. Los juegos un auténtico tongo 👎🏼
No funciona la opción de cambiar el nombre
Llevo esperando mucho tiempo a que vuelvan a habilitar la opción para poder cambiar el nombre de la cuenta, y nunca la arreglan.
Aplicación
No me han solucionado los problemas que tengo con la aplicación, con el dominó. No responden a los correos y no hacen nada. Solo sacar los euros a los jugadores. Tengo la cuenta hace muchos años y ha ido de mal en peor. No pongo cero estrellas porque no me deja.
Porque no hay la opción de ponerles un “0”
Constantes caídas del servidor y cuando reclamo me dicen que es mi red wifi en casa teniendo una 5G que va como un tiro, como puedo demostrar fehacientemente con las fotos que les envío del test de adsl cuando se producen estas incidencias demostrando que mi red wifi está al 98% de rendimiento en streaming. En fin, una auténtica ESTAFA…de poner denuncia en comisaría…

Llevo bastante tiempo sin poder jugar al dominó porque se queda la pantalla fucsia. He escrito varios mensajes y no responden. Bastante disgustado.
