Please fix bugs

I’m in level 2075 and the game freezes when a level ends and I watch an ad to get more moves, the game freezes. I also do not receive the extra item when playing the daily freebies. It just stays at 250.

Enjoyed playing until about a month ago. You now can not get xtra play, or extended play by watching a video. There also was a yellow arrow you could tap and get rewards, it’s gone. Probably will end up removing.

Me and husband loved playing this game but after the last update it won’t let you watch ads to collect anything….once past a point in the game you really need the additional help that now will not let you collect

I have contacted the maker of the game several times about the game freezing. This happens after you watch a video for a reward, you don’t get the reward and the game freezes. Might be time to delete it

Stupid ads freeze.//The videos don’t give credit. Can’t report the problem, their system won’t send the email.

A really challenging and fun game but there are issues with watching ads and collecting rewards. Game freezes and no rewards are given every time. There have been 2 updates since issues started and they are still here. It is absolutely pointless to watch any ads because you will not receive the rewards so why bother watching them. Please fix!!!

Just deleted game. Also emailed support about the not getting rewards after watching ads like many others have spoken about. Of course, no response from developers although they claim they'll respond within a day; nope, nothing. Just like another player mentioned. Too bad was a really fun game while it lasted. Moving on to find another game

I really enjoy this game, every morning I looked forward to playing a few games while sipping coffee. I leveled up a d explored each new planet. After a while I was no longer getting bonuses even after watching the videos.Even claiming the bonuses became impossible after watching the video, nothing would happen. It’s part of the game it’s part of why you play the game to earn the bonuses to go on. I think the game is broken. I’m only giving it four stars cause I want this writing to be seen.

I have been playing this game for years. I have had to delete it because after watching a video to receive extra moves the game freezes and I have to go out of the game and start over. No other game does this. I use an iPad Pro. This was my go to game and now I’m disappointed in not being able to play.
