as others have mentioned, the game works on using energy for tasks / actions which replenishes really slowly. 1 energy takes 8 mins to refill, and each task requires 5-20 energies. watching an ad only gives you 10 energy. 🙂 so you can guess how annoying it becomes. while the game can be fun, this energy limitation is making me want to stop playing altogether

Like many reviews here, the energy needed to get through the story gets used up in less than 10 mins of me playing the game. I wait more than 24 hours before logging back in but the energy bar isn’t even full. I doubt anyone will spend actual cash on energy because it depletes so quickly, simply doesn’t make sense at all.

I do not understand why you do not have a SSO. Game Centre and Apple ID are weirdly separate, and all login types (Google, Facebook etc) have individual saves and logging into them mutually “wipes” your game progress. This is so unfriendly, especially when the game says +50 energy when logging in to FB and Insta, but what’s the point when that wipes clean your progress until you logout? There is also zero point to the house system, much less the need to spend money on it. It is only worth pursuing if there are tangible benefits to it, like faster energy regeneration and lower energy consumption.

Everything is great but when I reached forgotten momento when Anna gets captured, the game is stuck and will not proceed. Hence, I am unable to play the game further. It’s a shame cause the game is actually one of the very few I enjoy.

The new update to decorate the house does not load and the app crashes.

The whole idea of the game is really good, and it is pretty fun. The graphics are amazing, and I would have given this 5 stars if it wasn’t for the energy. It depletes way too fast, like the comic will cost you 20 energy and finding an object will cost you 5 energy. The energy only refills 1 energy per 8 minutes. When I slept and woke up, I checked the energy bar and I only got 91 more energy! I slept for about 9 hours.

The concept is interesting. I’ve only played it 3 times. Each time, I’ve run out of energy even before even 5 minutes into the game! Then interestingly it offers me “free energy”. I click on it & the options are to buy the energy package at different prices. Deleting the game. Read my comment & save the aggravation - don’t download this game.

I love this game a lot! I happen to come across this while playing murder by choice game, and I am loving Murder in the Alps more. I am loving Anna Myers’s character a lot. She is such a smart journalist/detective. The voiceover and character animation is sooo realistic. As a developer myself I understand how much effort is put in coming up with these games. What I like about the game is the interesting storyline, and it was the first chapter that really got me hooked as they showed how all the characters had grey shades and all. The user interface is smooth, but can be slightly better. My only complaint is that energy reloading is slow, even after a full day it wont get filled to 200 and I wish it was faster like double the current speed and filled to 400. Good job developers of this game! You all are awesome!

Firstly, I love this game. I was so addicted at first BUT I’ll give it to you straight. We look for about 20 items per hidden object search. Each item takes 5 energy. 1 energy takes 2 min to recharge, or so I think. There’s not even any timer so I’m not even sure. So one hidden object game requires 100 energy, which takes 200 min or a whopping 3 h 20 min to recharge fully. And after that, you’ll realise that each dialogue choice takes 10 energy or 20 min to recharge. I want to love this game. I really do. But if I can only look for one hidden item every 10 min, I’m sorry but I literally CANNOT get addicted to it. And if you think I’m gonna shell out my hard-earned cash for energy, I’m sorry but I’d rather uninstall the game. It’s not worth the frustration and the cash. Please help, you’re literally hurting your own customer base here.
