It's an awesome program that does a really good job of converting images to video and transforming text into engaging visuals when it works. However, my experience took a turn for the worse after using it for about six months. The program crashed unexpectedly, and that’s when the real trouble began. The worst part isn't just the crashing; it's the absolutely dreadful customer support from Mars Studios. I’ve tried every possible way to reach out for help—through the app, phone, WhatsApp, and even direct contact—but to no avail. The automated responses from the app promise a quick reply, yet my messages have remained unseen for six months. It feels like they don't care at all. In conclusion, while Muse can be a fantastic tool, it’s overshadowed by the worst customer care I've ever encountered. Save your time and money—do not trust this app.

Doesn’t do what is says
VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! I bought this app for the year and it has not produced anything I’ve asked it too. It say it’ll take a while and then never develops the story from the text of the picture. I even tried to reach out to customer service three times and have never gotten a response. This is a fraud. Plain and simple.

Paid for a week to check it out. The only category that would work without error was text to image and it came out horrible. Cancelled immediately.
Not worth paying for
App is very inconsistent. It worked for a bit with mediocre results. Figured it was my poor prompt writing. Now It crashes every time I try to make any kind of of content.
Do not buy app
I purchased for the year, after a short time the app stopped working I’ve written about 5 times over the past couple months and no one responds. I’ve made sure my app and phone was updated, deleted and re downloaded. No one responds to help. This app is completely useless and was a waste of money sadly. I love it when it worked. But it quickly stopped and their help service always says they are gone and will be back soon but never are.

The app will not work , and crashes everytime you try to create something . I reached out and no one reply’s, beware of this app.
