False advertising on free trial
I was advised 3 day free trial then charged a yearly amount, however I was charged the yearly amount upfront without no free trial, when I opened app and seen what was available, I was very disappointed hence why I like free trial to see if it’s something I want to use, I contacted apple support for a refund immediately and they denied.
Free trial meant CHARGE FULL AMOUNT IMMEDIATELY
Signed up for 3 day free trial and was instantly charged full yearly amount….very dishonest misleading and unethical I am not happy
Very limited
This app is extremely limited and does not offer a great range of templates or editing effects. Other free apps such as Canva or InShot are more user friendly, creative, have more range and better features and editing effects.
Want to love this app…
I love the options this app has, but hate how it only works part or the time. I’ll put all my videos in, and then it constantly throws up an error and I’m unable to save anything. I always end up just going into CapCut and remaking it.

A lot! I have to continuously restart my phone in order to finish a project. And, sometimes that doesn’t work. I enjoy the features when it actually works.

Wish there was more variety but I do like how easy it is to make a Reel just wish there were more to choose from!

No option on pick your own pictures
I don’t like that this app pick all pictures look layout for me. I rather prefer to make my own because not all pictures I want to have in this app show up. Now I have to take time to go delete and make new that’s too much time on this. Prefer to cancel my subscription.
