Downloaded and installed twice, no sound

Great app with great information

Detailed, thoughtful content about azulejo and the historic, converted convent that houses the collection. As always, you should download the app before you arrive at the Museu. Seasoned travelers know to download on the hotel Wi-Fi before you leave for the day.

They didn’t have English maps so asked us to download. Took a while to down the ap and then had to download the guide which errored out after attempting for a few minutes. Don’t bother downloading as it doesn’t work.

Having downloaded the app, you have an option to download English audio. Selecting that option then begins a download of 230 snippets - takes about 5 minutes on the museum WiFi. At the conclusion of the download the app reports an error. Retry produces the same result.

App forced download of English language which took 10 minutes and then errored out.

The app is not downloading the English commentary correctly. It keeps saying an error occurred, and when retrying it produces the same error.
