Music Player X : Equalizer

Love this app my favourite mp3 to use. Only problem is that sometimes when I try open the app I can’t enter it because it forces me out so I have to delete the app and reinstall again.

All fine but why is the timer in seconds, not minutes? I like to set it as a sleep timer and have to set it for 3000 seconds. What’s that all about? Who needs a 15 second music timer?

I find the usability really bad, the UI needs some real work, it’s hard finding your way around various folders/playlist etc But that said…this bar far outshines ALL other music apps, even the pay/premium apps. Especially the EQ, I wish Apple gives the options to change EQ settings manually rather than just presets. This is the reason for trying to find a dedicated local file music player (not these online/offline unlimited stream apps) to play my own music and have the sound tailored to how I want to hear it. Thumbs up to who ever created this app, but 1 minus star because it does need some work around the UI. Recommend app.

Downloaded to my iPad but it will not play!

I download this app for its features, ithw app works off the music from your main Music player picking up on songs, playlists and genres, so why would you download it, it’s has features that other music player do not have, it has a really nice equaliser, to adjust bass and treble, cross fader to have non stop music and it increases the volume, so if your music player doesn’t have these features then Music Player X is a must. I enjoy my music more with the enhanced features. I would recommend you give a try, if you don’t like it the you can always delete it.

After moving to Apple, I needed a standalone music player that was the best alternative to Androids DFX media player or Power amp Pro and after using this for a year now, this is definitely the premium music player for me and the minor fixes are always for the better. Great sound quality , intuitive operation , effective Equalizer.The best player I have tried . I am not complaining , but so why so cheap ???

The developer wasted no time addressing minor bugs and kept me updated. This app deserves five star. It’s free, with option to upgrade colour scheme for a small nominal one off fee. Well worth it considering the effort the developer has made to this free music player app. Equaliser, playlists control, shuffle and random play, remembers were you left off when closing down the app. And I have over 60,000 tracks! Clear user interface, full control of almost everything required in a music player for iPad and iPhone. In conclusion, considering most music players are subscription rip off rather than a one off charge. I’d go as far to say that so long as this Music Player X keeps up the good work, it would be worth considering supporting the developer should they charge a one time nominal app fee. Well done.
