I love being able to do transfers on line. I’ve been with Mutual One, previously Cooperative for a very long time. I don’t even remember having any other account. I just love Mutual One and their employees!
The worst bank
I can’t even get in the app so slow 👎👎👎
This apps terrible
The app is so slow and doesn’t work takes an hour for me to transfer money this app makes me wanna switch banks so I can have a banking app that actually works. Can I rate zero stars because I say zero.
OK but lacks security features
MutualOne’s app has the basics of check deposit, transfer, balance checking, and bill pay. However, the design and integration are lacking, and it seems like little more than a website in app form. A major omission is lack of any two-factor security on login - there is for example no option to use Touch ID or Face ID, or ability to require a one-time code. These features are present in most modern banking apps, and their omission here puts MutualOne behind others on account security.
